Christmas and New Year Period Delivery Times
Tuesday 23rd December 2014 UK orders upto 3pm will be delivered Wednesday 24th December 2014.
Tuesday 23rd December 2014 International orders upto 3pm will be delivered within 5-7 working days and no further deliveries until Friday 2nd January 2015.
Christmas Day 25th December Closed.
Boxing Day 26th December Closed.
Saturday 27th December Closed.
Sunday 28th December Closed.
Wednesday 24th December UK orders before 12pm will be delivered for Monday 29th December 2014.
Tuesday 30th December 2014 UK orders before 12pm will be delivered for Wednesday 31st December 2014.
New Years Day Thursday 1st January 2015 closed.
Friday 2nd orders for UK and International will resume a normal service.
All orders over £100.00 including vat carriage free upto 20 kg in weight.
For orders that are heavier there will be an additional charge.
For orders below £100.00 including vat a carriage charge of £5.95 including vat will apply.
Delivery
An order into us by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be Next Day. (Subject to Stock Availability) We will aim to deliver via APC carrier between the hours of 8am - 4pm. The customer will be notified with an email from Streetwise Couriers of their next working day delivery. On other occasions we may use Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Here you may be given a tracking number to follow. For international deliveries we use UPS which you can also follow on their website with a consignment number.
Friday by 3pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Saturday to Sunday deliveries will be the following Tuesday, as well as Bank holidays would be the next working day.
All the above deliveries are guide lines and subject to stock availability. We will endeavour to delivery next working day but will have the full order shipped out within three working days (subject to stock). On rare occasions there maybe delays by the courier and there 4pm deadline for deliveries may be extended to 6pm.
All delivery charges apply to UK Mainland only.
Please call for delivery charges to any other area within United Kingdom. Please also call or email for charges to any international country. Deliveried to Scottish Highland and Islands will carry a premium charge. Post codes IV, KW, AB,ZE and PA40 are included in the premium charges. Please also find Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge of minimum shipping cost of £25.00. In some cases if it is a small parcel which can be posted via Royal Mail then the standard shipping charge will mostly cover it.
Please note that some of the heavier items on sale are subject to a shipping surcharge of £18.95. This is charged per heavy item and is additional to the normal shipping charges.
Please give us as much information regarding delivery address via email or phone for special instructions as sometimes the place of residence/business may not be as straight forward to access.
If forever reason the goods get returned from the courier due to the customer not being at home. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery of £7.95.
